You'll lead and support a team of Account Managers during a period of rapid growth at Vanta, focusing on hitting GDR and NRR targets. You'll be integral in shaping our Account Management organization as we scale and move up market. This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing team and evolve expansion and renewal sales playbooks.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and mentor a growing team of Account Managers
- Evolve expansion and renewal sales playbook
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Account Managers
- Conduct weekly forecasting and mentoring
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years of sales or post-sales management experience
- Experience managing teams selling multiple products into multiple personas

- Technical competency in GRC software
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
