You'll shape the brand look and feel at a leading UK fintech unicorn. You'll produce best-in-class campaign work across the Zable brand and drive creative testing to scale growth. This is a unique chance to influence a major rebrand and build a marketing function from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale creative output across paid channels
• Produce variations for creative testing and iteration
• Maintain visual consistency across marketing materials
• Own creative QA on assets before launch
• Build and maintain templates and design systems

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a creative or brand designer
• Portfolio showing strong typographic, layout and conceptual thinking
• Experience designing for performance/growth marketing
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in design workflow

✨ Nice to Have

• Motion and video skills (After Effects, Figma motion, AI motion tools)
• Experience contributing to a rebrand or new brand launch
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
