You'll lead a global team of UX designers, overseeing the end-to-end journey from marketing to commerce and learning ecosystems at Unity. You'll shape how millions of creators discover and purchase Unity's products, ensuring a seamless, connected experience across the entire organization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of UX designers.
• Own UX product strategy across the entire GTM funnel.
• Oversee design of intuitive commerce workflows and licensing.
• Exercise UX ownership of the Asset Store ecosystem.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX leadership managing global design teams.
• Ability to develop a strategic viewpoint of a connected experience across products.
• Strong understanding of complex systems and integrations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with senior leadership.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in designing for commerce stacks or marketplaces.
• Previous product design experience in AR/VR or 3D environments.
