• Proactively identify and pursue new OTC derivatives business opportunities.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with institutional clients.
• Use programming skills to automate workflows and operational processes.
• Guide clients through execution of complex derivative transactions.

📋 Requirements

• OTC derivatives product knowledge, especially forwards and options
• Client-facing sales/trading experience with institutional clients
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field
• Market regulations and compliance understanding
