You'll lead a property management team handling a portfolio of residential properties in San Antonio. Your impact will involve managing high-volume operations and ensuring tenant and owner satisfaction. This role requires daily onsite presence in a fast-paced real estate investment firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties
• Lead and train the property management team
• Respond to tenant concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records for all properties

📋 Requirements

• Property management experience (single-family, multi-family, or multi-site)
• Texas Real Estate license or ability to obtain within 120 days
• Experience managing teams of 5+ people
• Experience using CRM and property management software
