You'll drive supply growth for Airbnb Luxe in LATAM, acquiring new listings and cultivating host relationships. You'll serve as the on-the-ground market expert, combining luxury real estate knowledge with a consultative approach. This role is equally focused on strategic growth and day-to-day excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead net-new host and listing acquisition to meet quarterly supply goals
• Prospect and identify high-quality homes through research and partnerships
• Manage a portfolio of Luxe hosts as primary point of contact
• Conduct business reviews and provide data-driven recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Proven track record of hitting acquisition or revenue targets
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive results
• English and Spanish language proficiency
