Description

As a Sr. Demand Generation Manager at Matik, you will own the full-funnel marketing strategy and execution, driving inbound meetings and pipeline growth through multi-touch campaigns, paid media, ABM, and data-driven optimization, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Requirements

• 7+ years demand generation or digital marketing experience driving results across multiple channels
• B2B experience generating demand for enterprise products
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing Hubspot as a core marketing ops tool

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive inbound meetings and pipeline
• Design and execute multi-touch customer journeys and nurture programs
• Plan and manage paid media programs, including budget allocation and ROI reporting
• Partner with content to develop high-converting assets and scale distribution across channels
• Build and execute ABM programs targeting key accounts with the SDR team
