You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents, serving as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues. You'll drive adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and group training. This role is 100% in-office in La Jolla.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training
  • Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates
  • Partner with Onboarding team on new customer welcoming logistics

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
  • Ability to work in-office during standard operating hours
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in real estate
  • Previous experience with live or remote training
  • Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
