You'll own the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market accounts in Germany, from cold outreach to signed contract. You source your own pipeline and close deals, targeting construction companies with strong ROI cases in an undersaturated market. Your work cross-functionally with BDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to feed pipeline and close faster.

  • Own full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract
  • Run cold outbound to qualify and convert construction companies
  • Close POC contracts and grow a book of business
  • Represent comstruct at industry events and trade shows

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as an Account Executive
  • Proven cold caller with pipeline built from scratch
  • B2B SaaS experience with consultative sales
  • Native German speaker with C1+ English
