💼 About This Role

You'll deliver hands-on pastry and baking classes in a Sur La Table store, inspiring customers to love cooking. You'll drive retail sales of bakeware and tools through engaging instruction. This role combines culinary expertise with customer service.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Teach pastry and baking classes following provided recipes and game plans.
  • Set up, breakdown, and clean class materials and workstations.
  • Promote retail items used in class to drive sales.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance.

📋 Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • 1-2 years of kitchen operations experience.
  • Valid Food Manager Certification.
  • Availability to work 12-16 hours per week including nights and weekends.
