Your work ensures our on-demand pay platform is always available for users who rely on it. You'll lead the SRE team and influence engineering culture while shaping observability standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as SRE subject matter expert across the organization
• Influence engineering culture to promote reliability
• Steer SRE roadmap, technical strategy, and reliability standards
• Shape observability standards, platform choices, and best practices

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years designing, building, and scaling complex systems
• Deep SRE expertise aligned with Google SRE Book principles
• Strong coding skills in Go or Python with production-quality code
• Proven technical leadership and cross-team collaboration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, and LGTM stack
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
