Description

You will lead service and parts operations, manage facilities, and build OEM relationships to drive profitability and customer satisfaction. Oversee up to 50 associates, enforce compliance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing dealership service and parts operations
• Strong leadership skills managing teams of up to 50 associates
• Deep understanding of OEM warranty policies and compliance
• Expertise in process improvement (Lean/Kaizen) and performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead service and parts operations to achieve revenue, gross profit, and CSI targets
• Drive operational standards (5S, safety, visual management) and KPI reviews
• Partner with managers to improve workflow, reduce cycle times, and maximize throughput
• Ensure facility compliance with OEM image standards and manage vendors
• Serve as primary OEM liaison for warranty, recalls, and customer satisfaction programs
