💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the safety and optimal functionality of three buildings/locations for Loft Orbital. You'll manage facility projects and proactively maintain equipment and systems. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Security, IT, and Office Management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect facilities to assess repair needs and plan projects
• Manage equipment and supplies for health/safety standards
• Serve as primary contact for facilities-related issues
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting maintenance

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in facilities maintenance operations
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects concurrently
• Physical ability: lift ~50 lbs, operate pallet jack, work with hazardous chemicals
• Works independently with limited supervision

• Forklift certification
• Experience with facilities databases and condition-based monitoring systems
• Trade license (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)
