- Assess and improve troubleshooting processes
- Routinely troubleshoot Bevi machine issues
- Lead remote troubleshooting via phone and email
- Communicate opportunity areas to engineering teams
๐ Requirements
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ability to multitask across calls, emails, and tickets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Netsuite
