Description

You will support mechanical maintenance and operations under senior technicians, performing preventive/corrective maintenance on facility systems like HVAC and pumps, learning to interpret drawings and use CMMS, while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in mechanical maintenance or facilities operations preferred
• Familiarity with HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, pumps, and valves
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of CMMS tools like Maximo
• Knowledge of safety procedures including LOTO and confined space entry

Responsibilities

• Support mechanical maintenance of HVAC, pumps, compressors, chillers, and process utilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment following safety procedures
• Conduct daily rounds and visual equipment inspections for wear and abnormalities
• Assist in equipment startup/shutdown and learn system interdependencies
• Document work activities in CMMS (Maximo) and support spare parts inventory
