You'll drive adoption, retention, and expansion by building strong relationships and collaborating with internal teams. This role allows you to influence product roadmaps while achieving measurable customer outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with enterprise customers as primary post-sale contact.
• Drive product utilization by aligning capabilities with customer goals.
• Own renewals by monitoring health metrics and mitigating risks.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Account Managers.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B Customer Success driving adoption and retention.
• Proven track record with subscription renewal processes.
• Experience with HubSpot and ChurnZero or similar CS platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building skills for high-stakes conversations.
