Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or Onboarding
  • Strong discovery, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with structured workflows and CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to analyze usage data and translate insights into action
  • Strong time management in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage a queue of risk mitigation tickets and validate eligibility
  • Conduct multi-touch outreach campaigns via HubSpot
  • Perform discovery calls to uncover root causes of underutilization
  • Deliver re-onboarding, training, and optimization sessions
  • Monitor post-consultation usage and intervene if adoption stalls
