You will proactively identify and stabilize at-risk customers, preventing churn through structured outreach and consultative discovery. You'll re-onboard customers, deliver tailored training, and monitor adoption to ensure sustained value from NexHealth's platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or Onboarding
- Strong discovery, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills
- Experience with structured workflows and CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to analyze usage data and translate insights into action
- Strong time management in a high-volume environment
Responsibilities
- Manage a queue of risk mitigation tickets and validate eligibility
- Conduct multi-touch outreach campaigns via HubSpot
- Perform discovery calls to uncover root causes of underutilization
- Deliver re-onboarding, training, and optimization sessions
- Monitor post-consultation usage and intervene if adoption stalls
