๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage a portfolio of UK and Ireland customers, driving adoption and growth of GoCardless's payment solutions. You'll own the customer lifecycle, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with account teams to deliver value. This role offers a hybrid work model and equity.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a book of business and deliver against lifecycle milestones.
- Drive commercial strategies to improve Net Revenue Retention.
- Own and execute Account Plans for strategic customer goals.
- Partner with Sales on account planning and growth analysis.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in complex client-facing work environment.
- 2+ years experience in Sales, CS, or Account Management.
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities in fast-paced environment.
