💼 About This Role

You'll support internal technicians and external service providers with equipment-specific troubleshooting, ensuring non-functional coffee equipment is repaired to maximize client asset uptime. You'll also coach others on best practices and provide analysis of completed work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide real-time technical troubleshooting for coffee equipment repairs.
• Coach service providers and technicians on repair best practices.
• Analyze completed work to verify correct fix methodology.
• Interface with clients and internal stakeholders at various levels.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of field service working with coffee equipment.
• Current Schaerer Coffee Equipment certification or expertise.
• 3+ years of customer service in customer-facing or call center environments.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read schematics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with water filtration systems.
• Strong understanding of facilities maintenance.
