💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and communication skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at our learning center. You'll implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and track progress in our data system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism in 1:1 sessions.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication and play skills.
• Record behavioral data in Central Reach using a tablet.
• Assist with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing.

📋 Requirements

• Availability from Monday to Friday with part-time shifts.
• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• RBT certification or ability to obtain within 45 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in child care, teaching, or counseling.
• TRICARE certification.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
