- 3+ years of recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles
- End-to-end hiring ownership at a fast-moving company
- Creative sourcing skills without relying solely on job postings
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a high-ownership environment

- Experience with compensation benchmarking
- Knowledge of HR systems and people operations
