You'll support email and SMS marketing campaigns for the LA Kings, helping drive fan acquisition and retention. You'll manage audience segmentation and automated lifecycle journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced sports entertainment environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and schedule email/SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Create and optimize marketing automation workflows and lifecycle journeys
• Manage audience segments using fan behavior and purchase data
• Track campaign performance and support A/B testing

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
• 2-4 years of related work experience
• 0-2 years with marketing automation and email service platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in sports and entertainment industry
• Working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
