Description

You will execute operational processes and scale programs to reduce Stripe's credit risk while facilitating company growth. You'll work with merchants, perform credit reviews, handle escalations, and identify risk trends using analytics.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with commercial credit principles
• 1+ years leading risk projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience using data to solve tactical and strategic problems
• Creativity, team-focused mentality, effective problem-solving
• Deep empathy for entrepreneurs and motivated to solve their problems

Responsibilities

• Complete in-depth credit reviews on merchants throughout their life cycle
• Investigate and action/triage escalations across multiple channels
• Own operational processes such as credit reviews and risk escalations
• Identify risk factors trends and report to wider risk team
• Utilize analytics to optimize strategies across the portfolio
