You'll design and optimize core components across frontend, backend, and model integrations at Sully.ai, a company building AI-powered healthcare solutions. You'll drive engineering direction in close collaboration with co-founders, working on real, first-of-their-kind problems at the edge of AI and medicine. Your work directly enables doctors to reclaim time and improve patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize frontend components in React and TypeScript
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and LLM integrations
• Architect and scale API designs and streaming pipelines
• Establish instrumentation for frontend performance and model tracing

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level full-stack experience in React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Proven ability to design, ship, and scale LLM-powered applications
• Expertise in API design, streaming, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong cloud infrastructure background (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
