In this role, you will manage dispute and chargeback services for clients, handling escalated issues and ensuring compliance with card network regulations. You'll work in a hybrid model from Warsaw, collaborating with a diverse team to drive efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years experience in financial services or payment industry
  • 2+ years disputes processing experience (issuing or acquiring)
  • Strong understanding of card network regulations (Visa, MC, SMS) for chargeback processing
  • Working knowledge of EU regulations and data privacy for dispute management
  • Experience in direct customer interaction and cross-functional teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Explain Visa/MasterCard/Pulse/Maestro regulations to customers
  • Maintain SLA standards using Salesforce, Slack, and web portals
  • Resolve moderate/complex issues independently
  • Manage inbound escalations to resolution and identify processing problems for escalation to product/engineering
  • Coordinate with issuing bank partners to ensure compliance
