You'll lead core mobile infrastructure for Nubank's app serving 122M+ customers across Latin America. Your work will drive performance and scalability as the platform grows from millions to billions of users. This role offers technical leadership on a globally impactful product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain core mobile app infrastructure
• Optimize app performance and remove legacy dependencies
• Enable product teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
• Drive architecture decisions and technical strategy

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading mobile application development at strategic level
• Strong technical background with Flutter or native mobile (Android/iOS)
• Solid understanding of mobile software engineering principles and modularization
• Experience with server driven UI, performance optimization, and dependency injection

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with backend technologies integrated with mobile apps
• Familiarity with distributed systems and large-scale app architecture
• Contributions to internal SDKs or mobile design systems
