You'll shape how Fullscript grows by translating business drivers into investment decisions and measurable outcomes. You'll partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to drive strategic decisions and build investment-grade business cases. This high-impact role turns analysis into real business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own core business performance metrics and scorecards
• Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover performance drivers
• Build investment-grade business cases with scenario modeling
• Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate strategy
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders (GM or business unit level)
• Strong financial modeling skills including driver-based forecasting
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in high-growth, product-led, or e-commerce environments
• Worked closely with Product or Commercial teams
• Technical fluency in SQL, BigQuery, Looker, Sigma
