You'll shape customer relationships and ensure strong execution across onboarding, adoption, and renewals.   • Manage, coach, and develop Customer Success Managers
  • Drive customer engagement across onboarding, adoption, and renewals
  • Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes
  • Act as escalation point for key and at-risk customers

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles
  • 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of customer adoption and lifecycle management
