You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers, driving customer adoption and value realization for enterprise clients. You'll shape customer relationships and ensure strong execution across onboarding, adoption, and renewals. This role offers the chance to act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for key accounts.

- Manage, coach, and develop Customer Success Managers
- Drive customer engagement across onboarding, adoption, and renewals
- Own customer health, adoption, and retention outcomes
- Act as escalation point for key and at-risk customers
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS roles
- 3+ years managing customer-facing teams in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of customer adoption and lifecycle management
