You'll own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles like AEs, BDRs, and Sales Engineers at a fast-growing AI incident response platform. Your core impact is sourcing world-class talent and delivering an excellent candidate experience. This role works directly with the CRO in a hybrid San Francisco office.

• End-to-end hiring for GTM roles like AEs and BDRs
• Work with CRO to define role requirements
• Proactively source talent via outbound and referrals
• Track pipeline progress and flag risks early
• Deliver excellent candidate experience from first message to offer

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience hiring GTM talent in fast-growing startups
• Strong sourcing skills for high-quality talent
• Confident communicator working directly with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised, juggling multiple roles at once
