• Solid experience in field operations, contact center, or last-mile logistics
• Experience in B2B operations or complex operational environments
• Conversational English (min B2)
• Ability to work in high-growth or early-stage environments
• Data-driven mindset with KPI management experience

Responsibilities

• Launch field operations in the region, establishing processes and execution standards
• Directly manage B2B ambassadors in the initial phase
• Design and build structure to scale regional operations
• Oversee device and tool implementation for clients
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions
