You'll collaborate with Product Specialists to translate Singapore payroll compliance requirements into technical specs. Your work ensures the correct implementation of local legislation in Deel's global payroll engine. This role offers the chance to shape infrastructure for the future of work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate country-specific payroll compliance into technical specifications
• Educate Product team on legislation and validate implementation through testing
• Develop and maintain legislative specs for reports and integrations
• Ensure continuous upskilling and compliance awareness of Product team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of Singapore payroll experience with advanced local tax knowledge
• Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies for payroll/HR
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
