🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer user inquiries via Zendesk, phone, and social media
• Advise users on best platform usage
• Stay updated on product changes and share information
• Collaborate to improve product and customer experience

📋 Requirements

• Native-level German and good English skills
• Strong communication skills in writing and speech
• Problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with digital tools and software
