💼 About This Role

You'll join Observe by Snowflake's AI Platform team to build customer-facing AI products like the AI SRE tool and Slack integration. You'll own features end-to-end and shape the developer experience. Scaling agentic AI at a high-growth data platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end across the full stack
• Build and evolve the AI SRE product
• Develop the AI SRE Slack integration
• Build developer-facing CLI tooling and evaluation pipelines
• Expand Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations

📋 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience building full-stack web applications
• Experience with server-side Node.js frameworks like Express.js or Hono
• Experience building or working with agentic AI systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, agents, and evaluation pipelines in production
• Experience with Bun as a runtime
• Prior work on developer tooling or internal platforms
