You'll lead IP enforcement and competitive legal strategy for a digital product portfolio at Ruby Labs. Your work directly protects our assets and market position across apps, websites, and creatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enforce IP and trademark rights across apps, websites, and creatives
• Proactively detect and document infringements and imitation patterns
• Lead takedown processes and platform complaints
• Monitor market and digital ecosystems for emerging risks

📋 Requirements

• IP and trademark law background in tech or digital products
• IP enforcement experience including takedowns and platform complaints
• Ability to translate legal frameworks into business strategy
• Excellent written and spoken English
