You will lead the onboarding of new customers, ensuring they transition smoothly to MyCase and become daily users. You'll build trusted relationships, customize the onboarding experience, and collaborate with sales and product teams to drive customer success.
Requirements
- BA/BS/BE degree required
- Exceptional customer relationship building skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities for problem-solving
- SaaS experience and/or legal experience desired
Responsibilities
- Master product through formal onboarding and continued learning
- Lead customer onboarding, assess needs, customize experience
- Complete assigned tasks to meet project deadlines
- Proactive outreach to ensure customer success during first 90 days post-live
- Provide timely responses via phone and email
