Description

You will lead the expansion of large corporate banking relationships in South Florida, originating credit facilities and capital markets solutions for C-suite clients. This production-driven role focuses on new client acquisition and building durable revenue streams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of large corporate banking or senior relationship management experience
• Demonstrated history of originating and closing $100M+ corporate credit facilities
• Established C-suite relationships within large private or public corporations
• Proven record of annual revenue production and loan growth
• Strong understanding of capital structure, credit markets, and balance sheet lending

Responsibilities

• Originate senior secured and structured credit facilities in the $100M to $500M+ range
• Develop new relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and senior finance executives
• Expand wallet share across existing relationships
• Identify and execute cross sell opportunities across treasury services, structured finance, and capital markets products
• Structure and negotiate complex credit transactions in partnership with credit and risk teams
