You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise clients, helping them optimize adoption of Airwallex's payment platform. You'll act as the voice of the customer, driving value and resolving challenges across post-sales integration and support.

• Be the primary technical owner for strategic enterprise clients
• Deliver elevated support and technical services to client portfolios
• Build trusted relationships as a subject matter expert on client business
• Analyze and improve client support experience

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline with strong academic achievements
• At least 5 years in engineering, technical support, or TAM role
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and API architecture
• Proficiency in professional oral and written communication

• Knowledge of payments domain or financial services
• Experience working with data and analyzing transaction patterns
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications
