You'll partner closely with Services leadership, Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams to improve visibility, planning, and execution across the services lifecycle. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead services forecasting and capacity planning
• Drive resource utilization and margin optimization
• Own professional services process design and optimization
• Establish services pipeline visibility and backlog management
• Develop and maintain services performance reporting

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services or Operations
• Strong understanding of services business models including utilization and revenue recognition
• Proven experience in forecasting and capacity planning
• Advanced analytical skills with dashboard building
