💼 About This Role

You'll generate and qualify sales opportunities as part of the frontline of customer experience at a global leader in digital investigative software. Working with Sales and Marketing, you'll execute inbound and outbound prospecting to build pipeline for Account Executives. This role offers growth into Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria
• Generate new logo pipeline through outbound prospecting
• Schedule discovery meetings with sales-ready leads
• Manage contacts in CRM (Salesforce) for pipeline accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Sales or SDR roles
• University degree or College diploma in Business or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (DE or FR)

• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Familiarity with lead funnel process
• Prior experience with prospecting software tools
