You'll lead the AI Platform team at Zapier, building shared foundations for AI/ML-powered features. Your impact spans scaling proven AI capabilities and pioneering new experiments with LLMs and agents. This role offers greenfield work on the next generation of AI features at a fully remote company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the AI Platform team: hire, coach, and develop ML/AI engineers.
• Deliver platform outcomes enabling product teams to ship AI faster.
• Own the AI Platform roadmap with your PM partner.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure platform capabilities are adopted.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Machine Learning / AI experience with production systems.
• Experience leading engineers (people management or team-lead).
• Built or operated platform/infrastructure/tooling for other teams.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LLMOps and MLOps practices.
• Experience with vendor evaluation and management.
• Strong product judgment and stakeholder management at scale.
