📋 Requirements
- 12+ years in paid media with enterprise-level omnichannel experience.
- 5+ years managing and scaling high-performing teams.
- Expertise across paid search, social, programmatic, video, and retail media.
- Ability to manage multiple complex accounts with strategic oversight.
