💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of four running German and international payroll across different company entities. You'll work closely with external payroll providers and collaborate with People Operations on all employee-related matters. This role is central to ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for a leading FinTech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and verify German and international payroll data
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and authorities
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Support Accounting in reconciling payroll accounts and reports

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on payroll experience
• Solid understanding of German labor law and social security
• Experience managing external payroll providers
• Fluent in German and English

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of international payroll (Spain, Italy)
• Familiarity with Personio and Jira
• Comfortable collaborating across teams
