You'll set up and maintain a cUAS test range, executing scenarios for detection and tracking of drones. Your work will directly enable fast product iteration and ensure deployment-ready systems. This role combines hands-on field testing with critical safety documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and maintain equipment layout for cUAS test range
• Plan and execute drone detection and tracking scenarios
• Operate drones and test platforms during field trials
• Collect logs, telemetry, and video ensuring data accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Experience with drones, robotics, or UAS operations
• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
• Comfortable working outdoors and managing equipment

✨ Nice to Have

• UAS pilot certifications
• cUAS or military testing experience
• RF/EW familiarity or data analysis tools (Python/ROS)
