You'll create an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch. You'll share your fandom knowledge, process sales, and keep the store stocked and visually appealing. This role is mission-driven, with every purchase helping donate meals to those in need.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide amazing customer service and drive add-on sales
• Cover sales floor zone and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and support BOPIS/curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Communicate trend information to management and HQ

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
