💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary operational point of contact for Verifone's Enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding to steady-state operations. You'll drive customer satisfaction and retention by proactively tracking health, resolving escalations, and coordinating internal teams. This role offers the chance to shape customer engagement at a global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as main operational contact for assigned Enterprise customers.
  • Own customer journey from order placement through implementation and operations.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and anticipate needs.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

  • Customer Success or Account Management experience.
  • Proven experience managing complex customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with KPI and data insights experience.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Background in payments preferred.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with QBRs and executive discussions.
