💼 About This Role
You'll serve as the primary operational point of contact for Verifone's Enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding to steady-state operations. You'll drive customer satisfaction and retention by proactively tracking health, resolving escalations, and coordinating internal teams. This role offers the chance to shape customer engagement at a global scale.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Act as main operational contact for assigned Enterprise customers.
- Own customer journey from order placement through implementation and operations.
- Proactively monitor customer health and anticipate needs.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with cross-functional teams.
📋 Requirements
- Customer Success or Account Management experience.
- Proven experience managing complex customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with KPI and data insights experience.
✨ Nice to Have
- Background in payments preferred.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with QBRs and executive discussions.
