You'll drive growth for local restaurants through field sales in the Peoria, IL territory. Core impact: meet and exceed sales quotas via cold calling and door-to-door prospecting. This role offers uncapped monthly commissions and accelerated first-year earnings.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling and door-to-door sales.
- Develop and grow a pipeline, scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers.
- Build lasting relationships with leads and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet company-wide goals.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of proven success in outside sales.
- Prospector mentality with a self-motivated approach to new business development.
- Strong financial acumen to discuss fees and financials with customers.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services, marketing, or restaurant industry.
- Familiarity with MS Office/Outlook.
