You'll lead financial planning and analysis for a Great Place to Work-Certified company, driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This role offers a blended working arrangement in Sydney with direct exposure to the CEO and CFO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead annual budget, forecasting cycles, and 5-year planning
• Maintain and enhance the Group's three-way financial model
• Optimize corporate performance management system and BI tools
• Review business cases to ensure alignment with financial targets

📋 Requirements

• CPA, CA, CFA, or CIMA qualified
• Extensive experience in FP&A and management reporting
• Advanced financial modelling skills (three-way models)
• Proven ability to provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders
