You'll define and execute the operational strategy for Riot's China Studio, ensuring people, processes, and technology deliver an excellent R&D ecosystem. You'll serve as the primary strategic bridge to global functions, driving portfolio-level planning and accountability systems across incubation and development teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute operational strategy for China Studio across R&D teams
• Serve as strategic liaison between China Studio and global Riot functions
• Establish and standardize development frameworks from incubation through production
• Drive portfolio-level planning including resource allocation and workforce strategy

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in game production or development operations leadership
• Proven experience driving operational strategy at studio or portfolio level
• Demonstrated ability to lead within complex, multi-regional organizations
• Strong expertise in development methodologies and scalable planning systems

• Experience with global hub and spoke development model
• Background supporting early-stage product development and incubation
