You will lead procurement operations across the West geographic region, developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships. You'll oversee purchasing activities, drive cost savings, and lead a team of Buyers, ensuring timely material availability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive procurement experience with 2+ years in leadership
• Advanced SAP experience
• Strong understanding of planning and inventory management principles
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional purchasing activities and develop sourcing strategies aligned with enterprise goals
• Manage supplier relationships and drive cost savings initiatives
• Translate demand signals into actionable purchasing strategies
• Lead regional inventory planning balancing service levels with working capital
• Lead and develop a team of Buyers, providing coaching and performance management
