💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow a portfolio of key U.S. accounts, acting as both strategic advisor and commercial driver. You'll lead account planning, create proposals, and partner with delivery and talent teams to deliver staff augmentation solutions. This role offers a fully remote setup with competitive USD pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of high-value U.S.-based accounts.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and commercial pitches.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and plan account growth.
• Partner with talent and delivery teams to align resources.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Account Management or Sales in tech/staff augmentation.
• Experience with nearshore delivery models and recruitment-based services.
• Prior experience managing U.S.-based accounts.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
